All Ubuntu Connect Packages are protected by Mojocap – Ubuntu Connect’s 14-day, no questions asked refund policy. On written request, Mojocap – Ubuntu Connect will refund, any once-off fee paid for any Ubuntu Connect Package. Notwithstanding the above, Mojocap – Ubuntu Connect shall be entitled to deduct any costs incurred due to the actions of the Business Partner prior to the Business Partner requesting a refund.

What is the Yearly Fee for?
The Yearly Fee gives all Business Partners:

Business Partner Reseller option
On selling a Ubuntu Connect Business Partner Package, the last referring Business Partner will earn their share (60%, 70% or 90%) of half of the value of package sold.
Are Business Partners given an exclusive area / location?
NO. Ubuntu Connect Business Partners are allowed to operate anywhere in South Africa and may operate from one or more locations.
Is there on-going training and support?
At any time during office hours Monday to Friday, support is available.

Where is the training held?
We offer comprehensive full day training every month for all new Business Partners at our training center in Broadacres, Johannesburg. We conduct ongoing training and continued education via our online resources, phone, and email.
Product information is available in the Business Partner Portal which covers every product and service, best marketing practice and general business operations.
All Ubuntu Connect Business Partner training is Free and may be attended as often as necessary.
Who pays for training?
Your purchase of our Business Partner Package includes the cost of training.
How do Ubuntu Connect Business Partners find clients?
All products and services offered by Ubuntu Connect have pre-designed marketing material for various marketing mediums.
Simply select the marketing avenue you want to use, edit the marketing material accordingly or ask the office to edit for you, implement the marketing strategy and then service the clients as they contact you.
Full training is offered on marketing the Ubuntu Connect products and services.
